What services can guests book at StayFlow Korea homes in Seoul?
StayFlow Korea runs its own whole homes in Myeong-dong and the Hongdae area, and offers guests a private airport van, early check-in and late check-out, extra bedding, mid-stay cleaning, birthday decorations and grocery shopping. Every service is optional: message your host 1 to 3 days ahead. Prices as of October 2026.

How to request
One message is enough
Message your host on Airbnb or WhatsApp 1 to 3 days before your stay with the service and time you want. Only requests your host confirms by reply go ahead. Book the airport van at least 3 days ahead, ideally 1 to 2 weeks. On Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and in peak season, early check-in or late check-out may not be possible even with payment.

Questions guests ask about services
Can I drop off luggage before check-in?
Yes. Luggage storage is free on your check-in day and your check-out day. Tell your host your arrival time in advance.
How much is a van from Incheon Airport?
KRW 90,000 one way in a Staria (up to 6 guests and 6 bags) or KRW 180,000 in a Solati (up to 10 guests). Book at least 3 days ahead and pay the driver in cash on arrival.
Can we check in early or check out late?
Yes, when the home is free. Early check-in from 1:00 PM is USD 100. Late check-out is USD 30 per 30 minutes, or 50% of one night until 3:00 PM. It may not be possible on Fridays, Saturdays, holidays or in peak season.
We are travelling with a baby. What do you provide?
A baby high chair, baby bathtub and crib, free of charge. Message your host after booking with how many you need.
Can you decorate the home for a birthday?
A basic garland and card is free. A balloon package is USD 50, and a premium set-up with a professional decorator and flowers is USD 300. We can order a cake at cost.
Can you stock the fridge before we arrive?
A welcome package with water, milk, bread, eggs, fruit and snacks is KRW 100,000. Custom shopping is the cost plus a fee from KRW 40,000, paid in full before we shop.

Minimum stay is 3 nights (1 or 2 nights open only for shorter gaps). Registered as a guesthouse for foreign visitors; stays by Korean nationals may be restricted.
