How many people can stay?
Up to 12 in Dulian 1, 14 in Dulian 2+3 and 26 in the whole house.
Where exactly is the house?
In Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, close to the main road. The airport bus stop is a 2-minute walk and Hongik University Station about 15 minutes on foot.
Is the house easy to reach with luggage?
There is a gentle uphill slope from the main road, and the second-floor homes are reached by one flight of stairs. On request we can book an airport van for your group.
Is there parking?
Free parking for one car in a designated space, arranged with us in advance.
Are the homes connected?
Dulian 1 (first floor) and Dulian 2 (second floor) are not connected inside and have separate outdoor entrances. Dulian 2 and Dulian 3 are next to each other on the second floor.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Luggage storage is free on both days, from 11:30 on arrival day and until 14:30 on departure day.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors (a US$500 special cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected); smoking is permitted only on the outdoor terrace. No loud parties or events, and only guests on the reservation may stay.
Is there a minimum stay? Can Korean nationals book?
The standard minimum stay is 3 nights. When a gap of fewer than 3 nights is left between bookings, 1 or 2-night stays open for those dates. The house is registered as a guesthouse for foreign visitors (urban homestay for international tourists), so stays by Korean nationals may be restricted.
