Each home has its own mood: Forest Nest (A), Serene Garden (B), Ocean Breeze (C) and Sunset Glow (D). Natural materials, tall windows and terraces on both sides bring the outside in.
The building was designed and built new for group stays, so every home has a full kitchen, a laundry room, three bathrooms, and air conditioning and underfloor heating in every room.

How many people can stay?
Up to 14 in Foreste A, 13 in B, 10 in C and 10 in D. Homes in the same building can be booked together for larger groups.
Where exactly is the house?
In Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, on a quiet hillside street near Yeonnam-dong. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk and Gajwa Station about 10 minutes; Hongik Univ. Station is one stop away.
Is the house easy to reach with luggage?
The house stands on a slope and the last stretch is uphill. With heavy luggage, small children or older family members, we recommend the airport van, which we can book for you to the door.
Is there parking?
Free parking is one car for the whole building.
Are the homes connected?
Each home is a separate unit with its own entrance in the same building. They are not connected inside.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Luggage storage is free on both days, though hours may be limited.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors (a US$500 special cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected), no loud parties or events, and only guests on the reservation may stay. For commercial bookings, contact us first.
Is there a minimum stay? Can Korean nationals book?
The standard minimum stay is 3 nights. When a gap of fewer than 3 nights is left between bookings, 1 or 2-night stays open for those dates. The house is registered as a guesthouse for foreign visitors (urban homestay for international tourists), so stays by Korean nationals may be restricted.
