The street is quiet and nearly flat, so arriving with luggage is easy. Yeonnam-dong cafés and Hongdae are a short walk or one stop away.

How many people can stay?
Up to 11 in HausMia 1 and 12 in HausMia 2. Booked together, the two homes sleep up to 23.
Where exactly is the house?
In Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, on a quiet residential street beside Yeonnam-dong. Gajwa Station is a 5-minute walk, and Hongik Univ. Station is one stop or a 15-minute walk.
Is the house easy to reach with luggage?
Yes. The street is nearly flat and cars can stop at the house. Airport bus 6005 stops at Gajwa Station, and on request we can book an airport van for your group.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking for up to two cars, parked one behind the other. Please tell us in advance if you are bringing a car.
Are the two homes connected?
They are in the same building on the same floor, each with its own entrance. They are not connected inside.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Luggage storage is free on both days, though hours may be limited.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors (a US$500 special cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected), no loud parties or events, and only guests on the reservation may stay. For commercial bookings, contact us first.
Is there a minimum stay? Can Korean nationals book?
The standard minimum stay is 3 nights. When a gap of fewer than 3 nights is left between bookings, 1 or 2-night stays open for those dates. The house is registered as a guesthouse for foreign visitors (urban homestay for international tourists), so stays by Korean nationals may be restricted.
