Air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating in winter and fast Wi-Fi throughout.

Before you book
Up to 12. The four bedrooms have five beds and sleep 10; the attic loft adds two futons, prepared when requested in advance.
In Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, in the centre of Hongdae. Hongik Univ. Station (Line 2, Airport Railroad and Gyeongui–Jungang Line) is a 3 to 5 minute walk.
Yes. The station is a short, flat walk and the building has an elevator. Incheon Airport is about an hour by Airport Railroad, and on request we can book an airport van for your group.

It is a compact, low-ceiling loft separated by curtains, not a regular bedroom, and it has no air conditioning. Two futon mats are prepared only when requested in advance.
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Luggage storage is free on both days, though hours may be limited.
No smoking indoors (a US$500 special cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected), no loud parties or events, and only guests on the reservation may stay. For commercial bookings, contact us first.
The standard minimum stay is 3 nights. When a gap of fewer than 3 nights is left between bookings, 1 or 2-night stays open for those dates. The house is registered as a guesthouse for foreign visitors (urban homestay for international tourists), so stays by Korean nationals may be restricted.
