How many people can stay?
Up to 10 in each home. Two homes on the same floor take up to 20, and the whole building up to 40.
Where exactly is the house?
In Namsan-dong, Jung-gu, between Myeongdong and Namsan. Myeongdong Station (Line 4) is about a 5-minute walk, and the Namsan Cable Car 10–15 minutes.
Is the house easy to reach with luggage?
The house sits in the visitor area between Myeongdong Station and the Namsan walking trail. The slope is gentle, but it can be difficult for wheelchair users. With a lot of luggage, we recommend our airport pickup booking service, which brings you to the door.
Is there parking?
There is no parking at the house. If you come by car, please use a paid car park nearby.
Are the homes connected?
Each home is a separate unit with its own entrance. The two homes on each floor are next door to each other.
Can we use the balcony, terrace or rooftop for a party?
No. Parties, fireworks and barbecues are not allowed, because neighbours live close by and noise complaints are taken seriously. Please keep voices down and avoid heavy drinking outdoors, especially after 9 PM. If you are planning an event or gathering, talk to us before you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Luggage storage is free on both days, though hours may be limited.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors (a US$500 special cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected), no loud parties or events, and only guests on the reservation may stay. For commercial bookings, contact us first.
Is there a minimum stay? Can Korean nationals book?
The standard minimum stay is 3 nights. When a gap of fewer than 3 nights is left between bookings, 1 or 2-night stays open for those dates. The house is registered as a guesthouse for foreign visitors (urban homestay for international tourists), so stays by Korean nationals may be restricted.
